Q: What do you think of the new Star Trek spin-off series “Star Trek: Section 31”?

SG: Well, I think that’s a pretty interesting direction. I’ve heard that’s coming up. I mean, I’ve read that whole pitch and I’m all for it, but I do like that they’re taking a more serious approach.
But, I mean “Star Trek: The Next Generation“ is such a beloved show that I hope all these fans can embrace everything “Star Trek. Whether it’s the way they’re writing things or whatever, if you go back to the original “Star Trek,“ they all grew up on the same show. I think if we’re ever going to write stories for that world and those stars that we all love and love seeing up close, we really need to take it to another level. And I think that is what this series is all about. So, I am all for it, but we will have to see how they take it.
Q: So what would you like to see them do with them?
SG: Well, they do have fun with it, you know, but“they also have really good chemistry with each other, so if we could capture that there’s really no way for them to not get along. I think
